#TheHeartPart6
Drake’s final response that most viewed as a concession.
Origin & Impact
Drake released “The Heart Part 6” (using Kendrick’s series title) as his final response to the beef, denying allegations while claiming he fed Kendrick false information about a secret daughter. The defensive tone and strategic retreat from further battle was widely interpreted as Drake conceding defeat.
The track’s attempts at humor and dismissiveness fell flat with most listeners who felt Kendrick had already won decisively. The beef essentially ended here, with Drake later suggesting he never wanted to go as dark as Kendrick did. The consensus held that Kendrick dominated the historic battle.
