Also known as: Subscription FatigueSubscription Hell

Subscription Fatigue describes exhaustion from everything becoming monthly subscription—streaming services, software (Adobe, Microsoft), news, meal kits, productivity tools, even car features (BMW heated seats). What started as Netflix convenience became nickel-and-diming nightmare. Average household juggling 10+ subscriptions totaling $200+/month. Piracy resurgence and subscription management apps (Truebill) emerged as pushback. Companies doubled down anyway.
